Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the US, to an appropriate judicial body.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, disable access for users or content providers who are the subject of repeated valid copyright infringement claims.

A Note on Game Content

Most games on BestGamer are provided by third-party developers through distribution agreements. If you have a copyright concern about a specific game, please include the game name and URL in your notice. We will work with the game provider to resolve the issue. In many cases, the provider can address the concern directly.
